Coraline fan film, Neil Gaiman's Twitter account, and more

1. Great photo of a Coraline key:

2. Here's Neil Gamian's Twitter feed. He says, "Will keep twittering until end of month because I like the idea of twittering coraline junkets and launch. Then we shall see."

3. Part one of an animated version of Coraline, made using footage from The Sims, I believe:

4. Not everyone loves the Coraline ad campaign. Via Twitter:
Publicist has sent a useless Coraline promo email EVERY DAY since the New Year. STOP.

Coraline Button Box, Key Sighting, Fan Art

Coraline and her Other Mother by apol sta.maria. It took second place in a Neil Gaiman art competition in Manila.

Coraline key sighting in New York by Hannah:
I was walking in SoHo today and spotted four Coraline posters, one of which had a key on it! It was tied up on string and stapled to the wall. There were a bunch of staples there, so it looked like there had once been a lot more keys attached.

And finally, Sarah Hatter received a Button Box from Coraline's Other Mother.

Coraline key in New York

I received this information Saturday night from Christina:
I found one today in Union Square in New York City. There were four posters and it looked like two keys were already taken (or there were none there at all) and I grabbed one, so there should have been one left!

Another Coraline key found in Chicago

Either Chicagoans are unusually net savvy, or Chicago is currently ground zero in the Coraline key campaign. Ian Sklarsky happened to find a Coraline key on the ground near a trashcan on Melrose and Broadway in Chicago.

The keys are metal, by the way.
