Coraline Box #42 (plus more)

The makers of Coraline sent out 50 handmade boxes to some of their favorite bloggers. Each box is unique and includes items from the movie. Box #42 belongs to Cory Doctorow of BoingBoing and features shoes:

You can see the rest of the boxes I've found to date here.

In other Coraline news:

1. Here's another button box.

2. Here's a button box etching.

3. Roger Ebert described the core audience for Coraline:
Selick is as unconventional in his imagery as Gaiman is in his writing, and this is a movie for people who know and care about drawing, caricature, grotesquerie and the far shores of storytelling.
I'd say that pretty accurately describes the people who received the Coraline boxes.

4. And finally, yes, you can enter the password at Coraline.com to try to win a pair of Nike Dunks. And no, I'm not going to post the password here, or answers to the multiple choice questions. I will say that you should examine Coraline's bedroom closely.

Thanks everyone for the tips.
