I've been wondering about this as well. Clearly there was a bit of sending out the boxes staggered, since we've seen a few new ones since the original (happy) onslaught, but they all must be out by now.
I'm certain that Laika carefully chose the recipients based on a number of criteria, including -- importantly -- how likely the blogger would be to share the box with their readers once they'd received it. Of course, receiving a gift doesn't obligate the receiver to blog about it, but I guess we assume all Gaiman/Coraline fans are similarly rabid and would want to share!
Is it evil of me to want to see a list of all recipients so we could, gently, prod the laggards?
