A warning about Coraline toys, another Coraline giveaway, and more
1. You might want to consider only buying Coraline toys in person. Apparently, the dolls are packaged badly, allowing the paint on the tip of Coraline's nose to rub off.
2. Quick Stop Entertainment is giving away Coraline prize packs.
3. Bruce Wright created a terrific Harry Potter-themed mystery box.
*Buy Coraline keys at eBay.

ReplyDeleteafter school the first thing I do is come here.
ReplyDeleteso much in common, LOL
ReplyDeleteanother warning is don't buy them from entertainment earth. They lie.
ReplyDeletewhat did they lie about?
ReplyDeleteDear evilbuttons.com My name is Andrew Morgan and I LOVE this website! I am a HUGE Nightmare Before Christmas fan, and when I heard "from the director of thr nightmare before christmas", I screamed! And then, when I figured out it was Coraline, I screamed LOUDER! If anyone could get this to someone important, I think that those mystery boxes are SO COOL! Can't wait till Feb. 6!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words everyone. Visit my other websites in the sidebar. You won't be disappointed.
ReplyDeletewould you happen to know when these dolls will hit stores?
ReplyDeleteJust so you know, Entertainment earth lied about when they would come, like other sites what the toys would look like, and finally that they were bendable. you can't move their hands and they don't come with the puppet rig stands that they showed in the picture.humph!
ReplyDeleteI don't know but the websites indicate some time around February, March, and April. Depends on where you live.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea when they'll be in stores. I suspect that if the movie's not a hit, they might be very hard to come by. As I recall, Wall-E toys were relatively difficult to find, and that movie had Disney promoting it.
ReplyDelete(Amazon has them in stock now.)
I think that they will be sold at FYE and Hot Topic. The movie should be a big hit ,anyway! But i'm not ordering them in fear the tip the nose will be scratched...........
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't either. It'd drive me nuts if it showed up with a black nose.
ReplyDeletelol, "Coraline, the black nosed girl, had a very black nose, and when she arrived to her owner, they quickley faint-ed"
ReplyDeletehah! great song!
ReplyDeletehehe i need this figure i need it o it was an awesome movie and thanks i hope they bring it to fye or hotopic cause i have a giftcard so i wont have to waste money i knoe not to order it cause of the nose thing one reason i need this figure is because im doing a stupid dirama for language and i love the movie and book soo ill do the part wen she opens the door at night in her pjs and have her crawling into a side or a shoe box and decorate it like the tube and wall paper
ReplyDeletePicked one up at a FYE on the 15th of February. $14.99. No scratched nose. Only place that had them out of Target, TRU, Hot Topic, and Spencer's.
ReplyDeleteSo, get to looking!

I don't know if anyone has them in stock. I haven't heard any complaints about the quality on the doll - - just the bend figures.
